Wedgewood is currently seeking a full-time Operations Manager to join our team! Our company specializes in the purchase, rehab, and resale of single family homes (acquiring and selling REOs, foreclosures, and other distressed properties). Founded in 1985, Wedgewood has grown into a diversified, vertically integrated company, expanding its business footprint to include residential rehabilitation, non-performing notes, property management, private lending, brokerage, escrow, and more. Over the past 30 years, our company has built a longstanding reputation for its assorted multidisciplinary endeavors.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of Maxim Properties operations. Act as the liaison for the Transaction Supervisor, Listing Manager and Sales Supervisor to coordinate the efforts of multiple teams such as but not limited to Broker Assistants, Asset Managers, Transaction coordinators, Listings team, Administrative team and directly manage the Maxim Receptionists.
