Wedgewood is seeking an Instructional Designer to join our team! Our company is a leading acquirer of distressed residential real estate, specializing in the purchase, rehab, and resale of single family homes. The Instructional Designer is responsible for assisting with the development of educational training modules, job aids, facilitator guides, and process flow maps. This role works closely with the Learning & Development Department, Business Leaders and Subject Matter Experts to create an engaging and effective training program for required topics, business process flows, and compliance education to name a few.
