The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for meeting company-wide specific sales goals through management & training of the Axiom Sales Team. The Axiom Sales Team is comprised of Sales Representatives working within defined territories to meet specific sales goals through the establishment of ongoing business relationships with brokers, real estate agents and investors.

What you'll do

  • Hire and train a team of Sales Representatives to market the company brand.
  • Develop and establish sales trainings and create sales presentations.
  • Increase sales and improve regional brand awareness.
  • Act as the focal point for the sales team.
  • Focus on driving sales, building and strengthening broker, realtor, and investor relationships.
  • Develop and maintain client dat base for effective use of contact management tools and CRM.
  • Develop strategic sales plans and forecasts for the sales team.
  • Attend training, trade shows and industry events as required.
  • Plan sales activities/trips to maximize sales coverage and maintain travel expenses within budgets.
  • Report on weekly sales activities, operations, and forecasting information.
  • Manage and grow existing account base, exceed budgeted sales and increase market share.
  • Enhance and oversee execution of Marketing Plan both at the company level and the individual Sales Representative level.

What you'll need

  • Home Warranty experience strongly preferred
  • 5 years inside or outside sales experience preferred
  • Sales Management & Training experience required
