Wedgewood is currently seeking an Acquisitions Analyst to join our team in Las Vegas! Our company specializes in the purchase, rehab, and resale of single family homes (acquiring and selling REOs, foreclosures, and other distressed properties). Founded in 1985, we have grown into a diversified, vertically integrated company, expanding our business footprint to include non-performing notes, property management, home warranty, private lending, brokerage, escrow, and more.


As we continue to experience tremendous growth in our core business, we are currently seeking a qualified candidate to help grow our Acquisition team! Although the majority of our homes are purchased on foreclosure, we are looking for someone who can develop additional business by sourcing off market deals.


This is a very unique position and experience is a required; please read job description carefully! The ideal candidate will be energetic, motivated, and a quick learner.  A real estate license is not necessary.

What you'll do

  • Assist the department Director in day-to-day analytics
  • Organize and develop marketing strategies for distressed sellers
  • Scan MLS daily for potential acquisitions
  • Draft summary reports assessing prospect deals
  • Field and make calls to brokers/agents/wholesalers
  • Keep record of department performance
  • Track competitors tactics and their success

What you'll need


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Real Estate, or Business related preferred
  • Passionate about working in real estate
  • Broad understanding of the investment real estate market
  • Past real estate experience (license not required)
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
  • Some analytical background
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Highly self-disciplined, motivated, creative, and organized
  • Good networking capacity
