The Adverse Action Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of adverse action within Civic, manage all HMDA reporting, and all internal reporting regarding Account Executive and Broker pull-through. The Adverse Action Specialist will be the point of contact regarding generating adverse action letters and completing detailed reports for all files where adverse action has taken place: including, but not limited to; generating adverse action letters, completing all reporting metrics, working with legal regarding escalations, and working directly with QC team on retroactive review of files or broker submissions.
