Wedgewood is currently seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our team! Our company specializes in the purchase, rehab, and resale of single family homes (acquiring and selling REOs, foreclosures, and other distressed properties). Founded in 1985, Wedgewood has grown into a diversified, vertically integrated company, expanding its business footprint to include residential rehabilitation, non-performing notes, property management, private lending, brokerage, escrow, and more. Home Warranty Company located in Redondo Beach is currently seeking a Sales Representative to help aggressively grow our brand and increase sales. As the industry leader in the southwestern United States, we are experiencing significant national growth and seeking a qualified candidate to join our team. The Sales Representative is responsible for meeting specific sales goals through the establishment of ongoing business relationships with brokers, real estate agents and investors.

What you'll do

  • The primary responsibility is to increase sales and improve regional brand awareness.
  • Act as the focal point in establishing and maintaining working relationships with our customers.
  • Focus on driving sales, building and strengthening broker, realtor, and investor relationships.
  • Develop and maintain client data base for effective use of contact management tools and CRM.
  • Develop strategic sales plans and forecasts for the territory.
  • Attend training and trade shows as required.
  • Plan sales activities/trips to maximize sales coverage and maintain travel expenses within budgets.
  • Report on weekly sales activities, operations, and forecasting information.

What you'll need

  • Home Warranty Experience preferred
  • One year inside or outside sales experience preferred
  • Strong sales and negotiating skills over phone and in person
