  • Interface with Property Managers, Contractors, and Vendors
  • Work with Designers and Property Managers to select materials for each home, factoring in style, practicality, and cost vs. value analysis
  • Implement interior furnishings, accessories, art, and furniture plans

What you'll need

  • 1-2 years of experience in Residential Design preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design; Masters preferred
  • An eye for design, including color, and 3D awareness
  • History as a successful and creative problem-solver, and a high degree of attention to detail
  • Ability to visualize concepts and explain them to others
  • Color Knowledge and Space Planning experience
  • Sufficiency with Photoshop, CAD, Sketchup, and drafting/sketching
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and a team-player mentality
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
