Wedgewood is currently seeking a full-time Broker Assistant to join our team! Our company specializes in the purchase, rehab, and resale of single family homes (acquiring and selling REOs, foreclosures, and other distressed properties). Founded in 1985, Wedgewood has grown into a diversified, vertically integrated company, expanding its business footprint to include residential rehabilitation, non-performing notes, property management, private lending, brokerage, escrow, and more. Over the past 30 years, our company has built a longstanding reputation for its assorted multidisciplinary endeavors.
The Broker Assistant acts as a liaison between agents, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers during the escrow process. The broker assistant will collaborate with the managing broker on all deal points to strategize and create most optimal outcome for each asset. The broker assistant will be well versed in all aspects of the real estate industry and must have real estate documentation experience.
