The Regional Broker performs a variety of duties under the direction of the Listing & Sales Supervisor. The Regional Broker will be well versed in all aspects of the real estate industry and assist in the valuation and sales of properties in their respective region.

What you'll do

  • Provides local insight into acquisition process by performing due diligence on properties (travelling to and driving properties as needed)
  • Manages the sale of properties in their respective region
  • Analyzes, negotiates and advises the seller on the contractual terms during the escrow process for the most optimal outcome on each asset for the client and company
  • Collaborates and provides feedback to management on regional process differences such as technology, process flow, new forms and applicable new laws
  • Responsible for coordinating with cooperating real estate agent, the completion of important negotiated contractual deadlines for each escrow to include but not limited to removal of inspection, loan, appraisal, and repair contingencies
  • Responsible for ensuring files are in compliance with internal policies and department of real estate policies for the respective region
  • Responsible for creation and ensuring accuracy of all transaction documents.
  • Responsible for sending all transaction disclosures to cooperating real estate agent, escrow and mortgage company

What you'll need

  • New Mexico Broker’s License Required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent real estate experience
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Verbal and written proficiency
  • Ability to effectively negotiate terms of sale
  • Organized and able to multi-task with interruptions
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
