Wedgewood is looking for a self-directed and accomplished Executive Assistant to support our Chief Operations Officer! Our company is a leading acquirer of distressed residential real estate, specializing in the purchase, rehab, and resale of single-family homes. Founded in 1985, we have since grown into a diversified, vertically integrated company, expanding our business footprint to also include non-performing notes, home warranty, lending, design, brokerage, property management, escrow, and more.
We’re looking for a strong partner for our COO, who will not only own his schedule, meetings, errands, and travel, but who will also provide project management support. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes pride in their work, and can effectively communicate with anyone from executives, to investors, to team members at all levels. This role isn’t just representing our COO, but acting as an extension of him, tackling research and presenting solutions for complex projects.
