The Treasury Analyst supports the analysis of inventory and banking information to determine what is needed for funding by our banks.

What you'll do

  • Analyzes data which identifies properties that have been leveraged, or need to be leveraged.
  • Analyzes daily refinance process to ensure timely funding by our banks.
  • Responsible for timely resolution of funding issues.
  • Ad hoc reporting requirements from bank or management.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years Treasury/banking experience.
  • Ability to analyze and problem solve.
  • Strong Microsoft Office user (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
  • Strong communication/ interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
