The Human Resources Information Systems (“HRIS”) Analyst is responsible for administering Wedgewood’s HRIS modules including human resources, onboarding, compensation, benefits, etc.

What you'll do

  • Performs analyses, tests implementation, and administrates Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) modules including human resources, compensation, payroll, benefits, and other related software.
  • Keeps integrity and accuracy of database, fixing data when necessary.
  • Investigates and diagnosis root cause analysis, such as user error or application problems, for data issues.
  • Maintains HR-related data, keeping it organized and audit ready.
  • Enters data into HRIS system ensuring the accuracy of information.
  • Prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.) 
  • Develop and maintain human capital dashboards and report on human capital metrics.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
  • Communicates a "can do" attitude and positive outlook, minimizing negative behaviors.
  • Professional image with ability to form good partner relationships across functions.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university in a related field required.
  • Two to three years' experience administering an HRIS (experience with UltiPro preferred)
  • General knowledge of the key policies, procedures, functions and staff in the Human Resources department
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and procedures.
  • Effective time management/project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Human Resources capacity; general knowledge of the key policies, procedures, functions, and staff in the Human Resources department.
  • Ability to effectively diagnose and troubleshoot problems that may arise.
  • Must be able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and have strong organizational skills.
