Wedgewood is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team! Our company is a leading acquirer of distressed residential real estate, specializing in the purchase, rehab, and resale of single family homes. Founded in 1985, we have since grown into a diversified, vertically integrated company, expanding our business footprint to also include non-performing notes, home warranty, lending, design, brokerage, property management, escrow, and more.

What you'll do

ALL Recruiting Coordination

  • Schedule interviews and greet all candidates that visit Wedgewood HQ
  • Assist with new hire documents process
  • Submit and track pre-employment screening
  • Provide candidates accurate offer letters
  • Create and maintain candidate files
  • Communicate with candidates during pre-boarding process
  • Provide status updates
  • Confirm/postpone start dates
  • Maintain and update job description database
  • Provide and track assessments for candidates
  • Special programs assistance
  • Become SME on all tracking systems
  • Create and maintain candidate referrals database
  • Provide/generate reports for tracking/analyzing, for example:
  • Weekly and monthly reports



  • Sourcing and/or Linked In candidate research
  • Position Requisition tracking
  • Ensure all approval requirements are completed
  • Coordinate videoconferences
  • Coordinate candidate travel arrangements
  • Occasionally assist with reference checking
  • Process internal and external job offers (offer letter, internal offer memo, etc.)

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years of administrative support preferably in Human Resources
  • 6 months recruiting experience a plus
